The jurisdiction mentioned in clause 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction) remains applicable regardless of the geographical location of our servers. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use or our Services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, India.
